WARRANTY


Chilli Beans warranties are automatically in effect upon purchase of any sunglasses and eyeglasses products. We grant a 6 months warranty period on our products. This warranty guarantees that the products meet the standards required for usability and durability.

Chilli Beans warranties do not apply in the following cases:

  • Normal wear or aging of the used materials;
  • Theft or loss of the product;
  • Intentional damage;
  • Damages as a result of improper usage or neglected care.

The warranty no longer applies in case a third party performed any repair works in our products.

Any shipment expenses for a return after a warranty request or repair request is made (for defects occurring after the customer has used the product), will be handled by the customer.
